At the launch of your site, you are given Admin credentials to log into efelle’s proprietary Content Management System or CMS.

On the CMS Log-In page under NEED HELP you will find the link to:
- Training Guides - brings you to the WIKI PAGE(link), where you will find written and video instructions on how to navigate your way around the various modules in the CMS.
- Video Tutorials – brings you to our comprehensive video tutorials for the Page Editor, eService, Blog, Scheduler or Calendar Module & the Newsletter Module.
- Support Desk - brings you our 24-7 online support system. To ensure that your website issues, questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner, please create a log-in and submit a ticket. TIP: be as specific as possible about your website issues or questions. Including information such as the web page URL, screen shot/s of the specific issue and all other informative details when submitting a ticket will help our dedicated techs to better and quickly understand the issue and then promptly address it.
